RULES AND REGULATIONS

EMERALD ISLE RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION

 

The spirit of these regulations is to provide a minimum of rules so that all may recognize and respect the rights and privacy of others.

 

PARKING:  Vehicle parking permits are required and are available from your rental company.  Park only in the area provided.  R.V.’s and trailers of any type are not permitted.  Prohibited trailers include the following, but are not limited to:  boat trailers, jet ski trailers and U-Haul type trailers.  Violators will be towed at owner’s expense!

BICYCLES:  No bicycles are allowed in the lobby, elevators, hallways or walkways

 

RECREATIONAL FACILITIES:  Use is prohibited between 11:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M.

EXTERIOR:  No signs or banners.  Balconies shall not be used for hanging garments, towels, or other household items.

 

BALCONIES:  Do not feed birds from the balconies or Emerald Isle common areas.  DO NOT THROW ANY OBJECTS FROM THE BALCONIES.  This is cause for eviction.

 

Walkways – No personal items are to be left unattended outside the individual units in the walkways or other common areas (lobby, pool, etc.).

 

PETS:  Tenants are not allowed to bring pets to Emerald Isle.

 

NOISE:  Musical instruments, phonographs, tape/CD decks, radios, or television will not be played between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. in such a manner as to disturb others.

 

POOL:  The use of the pool is strictly at swimmers’ own risk.  Rules governing use of the pools are posted on site.  Pool passes are required and available from your rental office.  Pool hours are from 8:00 A.M. until 11:00 P.M.

 

TRASH CHUTES:  Trash chutes are located on each floor.  All trash is to be in plastic bags.  Do not put any boxes down the trash chutes.

 

LUGGAGE CARTS:  Return luggage carts to the lobby in consideration of others, as there are only a limited number of carts.  The carts are only to be used by owners, guests and renters.

 

WORK OUT ROOM:  No one under 16 is allowed without adult supervision.  Proper attire and shoes required.  No bare feet or wet swimwear is allowed.

 

GRILLS & BURNERS:  No grills or propane burners are allowed by tenants on balconies, common areas or pool decks.

 

CHILDREN:  All minors need adult supervision at all times on Emerald Isle Property.  Owners and/or tenants will be assessed for any damages.

 

LOBBY:  Shoes or dry feet are required in lobby area.  Please towel off before entering lobby.  Lobby floor is slippery when wet.

 

The Management may refuse accommodations to any person whose conduct on premises displays intoxication, profanity, or brawling; who indulges in lewd language or conduct; who illegally possesses or deals controlled substances or whose conduct constitutes a nuisance.  Any of these behaviors can constitute an eviction.
